Eric brings 20 years of HR and people operations leadership to Opteris Partners, with deep experience inside scaling companies, private equity-backed businesses, and established mid-market firms across multiple industries. Over the past decade, he has led HR operations at three different companies, helping leadership teams improve hiring efficiency, strengthen performance management, and build systems that support growth and change.
He holds board advisory and fractional executive certifications, and works with founders, leadership teams, and boards who need a senior HR operations leader in their corner, not a consultant at arm's length. He has developed serious working fluency with AI as an analytical and operational tool, and helps leadership teams think through where it creates real value versus where it creates noise.
